(1) Is there a minimum order?
There is NO MINIMUM ORDER. We have no set amount you must spend to place an order with us, on or off line. You can order a single product or mass quantities, the choice is yours.

(2) Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal through our online shopping cart. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through phone and mail orders. All credit card payments are processed through our PayPal account.

(3) Can I order by phone?
Yes, Give us a call at 928 530-6326 between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Arizona time. Please have a list of your items and your credit card handy when you call, thanks.

(4) Can I order through the mail?
Yes, When ordering through the mail, first print out a order form. Then visit all of the products that interest you and fill in the order form with the items you wish to order. When you are ready to checkout, tally up your order, including shipping charges. We cover any sales tax that may apply. Fill out your check or money order for the total and address the payment to Vicki Birdsong Enterprises. Place your order form and payment in an envelope addressed to :

(5) How is my order shipped?
We ship UPS to house addresses and US Mail to P. O. Boxes.

(6) What will be the shipping charges on my order?
We use a flat rate to set shipping costs. If your order totals between the pre set amounts, your order will be charged the shipping costs for the unit price. To get the most from your shipping charges, add a few more smaller items to your order until it totals just under the largest amount of the shipping unit price.
Shipping units are divided as follows,
$0.01 to $24.99 = $6.95 shipping charge
$25 to $74.99 = $14.95 shipping charge
$75 to $174.99 = $22.95 shipping charge
$175 to $349.99 = $34.95 shipping charge
$350 and up = $49.95 shipping charge
We use these same rates for phone and mail orders.

(7) Can you ship my order next day air?

(8) When can I expect to receive my order?
We try to get every order shipped with in a week of it being ordered but, sometimes when a product has been ordered in quantities beyond the stock we keep on hand, we place an order with our supplier and ship the order as soon as we get the item from our supplier. If necessary, we will split the order and ship the item(s) we have on hand and then ship the item(s) we have had to reorder from our supplier as soon as we get the remainder of the order in. (no extra shipping charges for the second shipment) To sum it up, Please allow 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. (Prices and item availability subject to change without notice.)

(9) Can I stop by your store and pick up my order?
Sure you can. We don’t really have a store, like a lot of internet shops, we are working out of our workshop. This keeps our overhead low and we are able to pass the savings on to you in reduced prices. If you would like to pick up your order from our place in Kingman Az. Please call and make sure that we have your order ready to be pick up and expect to spend some time talking about prospecting. We’ll keep the coffee hot.

(11) What is your refund and return policy?
You can request a refund at anytime before your order is shipped and we will issue a refund with in 2 weeks of the request. Returns are only accepted if the product is returned to us in an unused condition, in its original packaging and with in 2 weeks of delivery. We do not refund any shipping costs (item to you or item back to us).

(12) Do you warranty the products you sell?
We only carry a warranty on the products we build under the name of Grunt Gold Prospecting Tools. All other products either have no warranty or are warrantied by the company that produce the product.
