Warranty

  Grunt Gold Prospecting™ Products are Warranted
to the original purchaser (and is not transfer-able), to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, for two years from the date of purchase.
  Grunt Gold Prospecting™ will, at its option,
repair or replace any Grunt Gold Prospecting™ product that proves to be defective in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. In the event repair is not possible, Grunt Gold Prospecting™ will replace the product with one of equal or better quality and value. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Grunt Gold Prospecting™ will, at its option, refund the cash price, set at the time of the original sale, of the product or component returned.
  If a Defect Appears,
the original purchaser may return the product or component, postpaid, with a copy of the original sales slip, to Grunt Gold Prospecting™, Returns/ Warranty Department, 4355 N. Eagle Drive, Kingman, Arizona 86409.
  This Warranty Does Not Cover
normal wear of parts, damage due to accident, negligent use, use contrary to operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by unauthorized persons, or where the Grunt Gold Prospecting™ product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident or damage in transit. No charges will be accepted for unauthorized parts, repairs or services. Warranty does not apply to electrical pumps (pumps are covered by manufacture). Additionally, warranty does not cover staining, discoloration or scratching of surface or finish.
  Voluntary usage of any Grunt Gold Prospecting™ product will confirm an acceptance by the user to this statement. In no event and without limitation shall the company (Grunt Gold Prospecting™) be held liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages which may result from the use of a Grunt Gold Prospecting™ product.
  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
